APPLICATION EQUIPMENT

Powder coating guns.

Starting a new setup

The gun is the application equipment used to spray powder onto prepared parts before curing. Tell us what you coat, the powder you use and the batch size so we can discuss suitable equipment options.

Replacing or upgrading

Send your current gun brand and model, photos of the system and what you would like to improve. Connections and compatibility need to be checked when adding equipment to an existing setup.

  • Component types and typical batch sizes
  • Powder types and frequency of colour changes
  • Existing gun, powder feed and compressed air arrangements
  • New equipment or a replacement for an existing system

EXTRACTION & FILTRATION

Extraction around your spray area.

An extraction system helps collect overspray from the coating area. The enclosure, extraction and filtration need to be considered together.

For a new booth or enclosure

Share the proposed opening size, enclosure dimensions, layout and number of operators. We can discuss the extraction and filter section as part of the equipment specification.

For an existing setup

Send photos, model information and details of the extraction equipment already fitted. If you need a replacement component rather than a system, use our Parts page.

Airflow, fan capacity, filter arrangement and supply inclusions are confirmed for the selected system. Workshop installation and site requirements should be planned with your contractors.

Batch trolleys.
Plan the whole load.

Batch trolleys provide a hanging and transfer arrangement for groups of parts. Rack layout, oven entry and the route between spraying, curing and unloading should work together.

  • Usable oven chamber and door opening dimensions
  • Largest part size in its hanging position
  • Rack layout, hanging points and batch weight
  • Floor space, loading direction and transfer route

Rack dimensions, working load and included trolley equipment are confirmed in the quote.
