Larger ovens can be supplied in sections for assembly on site. Drawings and instructions are provided with sectional builds.

Systems are supplied to the agreed equipment specification. Site preparation, electrical works, gas fitting, installation, certification, engineering approvals and local compliance are the purchaser’s responsibility unless specifically agreed otherwise. Use appropriately licensed contractors for site work.
BATCH & LOADING
Size the oven around the complete load.
Include the rack or hanging arrangement when planning the usable chamber. Door opening, loading direction and the space outside the oven for handling are considered alongside the internal width, height and length.

BUILD & TRANSPORT
Assembled units or sectional supply.
Assembled units
Assembled units can be supplied within 2100 mm internal height and 1900 mm internal width. The internal length, final construction and transport arrangements are confirmed for each order.
Larger chambers
For larger internal dimensions, sectional supply can be discussed. Sections are assembled on site, with drawings and instructions supplied. Workshop access and installation arrangements need to be planned before ordering.
These are internal chamber measurements. The external oven dimensions and space needed for loading, doors and service access will be larger.
DIGITAL OR TOUCHSCREEN
Choose your oven controls.
Digital control box
A digital temperature controller with the controls and indicators specified for your oven. This gives the operator a clear place to set and monitor the operating temperature.
PLC touchscreen option
A programmable logic controller (PLC) paired with a touchscreen can bring the oven’s operating information and settings together on one display. Screen functions are confirmed for the selected control system.
Set & monitor
Set temperature and view displayed temperature readings, hold time and remaining time on the example screens.
Operating status
The overview shown includes circulating fan and burner status, with menus for parameter settings and fault enquiries.
Temperature trend
The example temperature curve screen shows readings over time and a historical data menu.
Control hardware, screen layout, available functions and sensor configuration vary by the agreed specification. Ask us to include your preferred controls in the quote.
